21CFR-Compatible dual channel Wifi thermocouple temperature probe data logger.

This WiFi-enabled dual channel data logger can remotely monitor an environment using two inter-changeable J, K or T type thermocouples. Supplied with two K Type probes, its measurement range out of the box measures from 0 to 200°C (32 to 392°F). Data is uploaded periodically using a standard WiFi network without the need to physically collect and connect the unit to a PC. Data is streamed wirelessly to the EasyLog 21CFR Cloud.

The device will store data internally if it loses WiFi connection and automatically uploads it to the Cloud once reconnected.
