Accutrend Cholesterol Per 25 Strips

The Accutrend cholesterol test strips are meant for use in blood cholesterol testing with the Accutrend Plus meter. Only a single drop of capillary blood is necessary to measure the cholesterol levels, which are ready within 180 seconds. The cholesterol test strips guarantee high measuring accuracy - they measure in a range of 150 - 300 mg/dl, respectively of 3.88 - 7.76 mmol/l.

One package contains 25 test strips and the corresponding code strip.

Accutrend Plus uses specially designed superior quality test strips. The test strips contain:

• A yellow protective mesh, impregnated with a surfactant (application field).
• A glass fiber fleece that works as a separating layer for blood cells.
• A reaction film in which the color formation takes place and
• A bar code on the reverse side, which is read by the meter to confirm test strip identity, i.e. the lot number on the test strip is congruent with the stored code.
